This week at the Farm – what we have to sell

Its the week of August 2nd,  2010 and the summer veggies are in full abundance.

We will be at both Wolfeboro Farmers Market on Thursday and  the Wakefield Marketplace this Saturday.

• Corn! – our early season bi-color corn – Frisky – is ready to harvest.  We should have a few dozen ears at both makets.
• Squash – all you can eat!
• Tomatoes – they are just ripping on the vine.  Keep your fingers crossed we may have some at the markets this week.  If not this week next week for sure.
• French Fingerling Potatoes
• Broccoli – both red and green
• Garlic of course
• Kale
• Fresh Cut Greens
  • All Lettuce Mix
  • Mild Mesculin Mix
  • Spicy greens Mix
  • Arugula

What’s coming soon:

• Tomatoes are ripping!
• Eggplant
• Cabbage
• Corn – our main Silver Queen crop has tasseled but is still 3 to 4 weeks from harvest
• Radishes - sold out for now – next crop in 3 weeks
